WEMBLEY MEDICAL Factory is located in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park, one of the premier economic and technological centers in Vietnam, with a total floor area of 7,000 square meters.

We operate a fully integrated production process, encompassing plastic injection molding, assembly, and final packaging. Our manufacturing facility utilizes cutting-edge and high-tech machinery sourced from leading global suppliers in Italy, Germany, Japan, and South Korea.

• ISO Standard Plastic Injection Area: This is a crucial part of our medical product manufacturing process. We pride ourselves on having advanced machinery systems that meet ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 standards. This ensures that every product component is manufactured with absolute precision and consistency.
• Class 100,000 Cleanroom: After the plastic injection process, the components are transferred to a Class 100,000 cleanroom, covering an area of 650 square meters, which includes:

1. Our blood collection tube production line utilizes advanced spray coating technology, ensuring uniform chemical distribution on the tube surface and accurate test results.
   
2. The safety IV catheter assembly line is imported from Italy. Each component is meticulously assembled with utmost precision, guaranteeing safety and comfort during use.
3. Wembley Medical's production lines for other products adhere to ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and GMP standards, ensuring all products meet the most stringent quality and safety requirements.

• Packaging and Finished Goods Area: Spacious and pristine, this area ensures that the product quality is maintained until it reaches the end user.

• Sterilization Room: Equipped with high-tech Ethylene Oxide (ETO) technology, our sterilization process ensures thorough sterilization without compromising product quality or associated chemicals. With our advanced sterilization system, Wembley Medical confidently offers ETO sterilization services on demand, meeting all international quality and safety standards.

• Advanced Laboratory: Our laboratory is fully equipped with high-tech tools and equipment, including spectrometers, dimension-measuring devices, and other advanced instruments. We use the laboratory to research and test medical products, ensuring they meet all standards.

• Innovative Product Development Room: This is a hub for creativity and innovation. Here, our team of experts conducts research and, with the aid of advanced equipment, develops new products and improves existing ones.
