Consult on and promote Wembley Medical products to hospitals, clinics, medical agencies, distributors, and businesses.
Execute the entire sales process: prepare quotations, negotiate, sign contracts, recover receivables (debts), provide customer care, and handle customer feedback.
Showcase products through direct consultation, presentations, demonstrations, and support at workshops, exhibitions, and seminars.
Participate in and support tendering activities at hospitals, the Department of Health, and related units.
Proactively seek new clients while building and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base through gifts, discounts, and customer retention programs.
Ensure sales targets are met and contribute to market expansion.
Prepare sales reports as required.
Collaborate with other departments (R&D, Marketing, etc.) to:
Propose new product ideas based on market demand.
Receive feedback to improve product quality, packaging, delivery processes, and customer service.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
College or University degree in related fields.
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position; priority given to experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices; prior experience working with hospitals and clinics is a plus.
Passion for the medical/pharmaceutical field and a dedication to delivering high-quality medical products to clients.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and debt collection.
Integrity, diligence, dynamic, growth-oriented, punctual, and responsible for sales targets.
Competitive Income: Minimum Fixed Salary + Allowance: 15 million VND (Fixed salary varies based on sales performance) + KPI/Sales Bonus.
